Dieting sucks
Everywhere I turn I've seen these new diets come out, from things like eating dinner for breakfast, to not eating no carbs at all to eating all the fat you want, the list is too long to list here.
With all the new diets coming out how is one suppose to choose which diet
is best for them? It's pretty much confusing and frustrating. Many people will go through 10 diets and still not be happy with the end result.
If that is the case then why are we dieting at all? Does diets even work?
The simple answer would be sure, it works but for how long?
Diets are effective if you're looking to get instant results but over the long haul you might come to realize that dieting is one of the main reasons why people lose weight only to gain all of it back not too long after.
Why does this happen? Because diets are too restrictive. Most people can spend their whole lives not eating carbs or spend their entire lives eating dinner for breakfast or only having protein shakes all day long.
The key thing is finding a healthy eating regimen that you can incorporate daily and for the rest of your life. That is the key to really losing weight and keeping it off. There's no point in losing weight if 2-4 weeks later you gain all the weight back and sometimes even more.
Incorporate a lifestyle change now by eating healthy nutritious meals that you can maintain for the rest of your life. Stay tuned as I will reveal two sources which can help you achieve success at eating well.
